Your role & responsibilities: (*include 4 max)

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Support students consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Deliver catch-up/intervention sessions
* Work with the class teacher in planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons as appropriate

Non-negotiables: (*include 4 max)

* Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people (preferably in an educational setting)
* Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
* Empathy and compassion - passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment
* The ability to work under the guidance of the class teacher
