We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join our clients award-winning team. Based at our Head Office in Wigan, you will be responsible for a team delivering projects and day to day maintenance throughout the UK.

Role overview:

* Managing and mentoring members of the office based and engineer regional teams.

* Ensure health and safety compliance is always maintained on sites and work locations including completing and issuing relevant RAMS where required.

* Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly.

* Meet clients, assess work and produce quotations and deliver within budget

* Taking reports and implementing procedural decisions to improve (KPIs and ways of working)

* Ensure the highest quality of service is being provided by our engineers and sub-contractors.

* Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system.

* Validation of test certificates produced by engineers.

* The role is predominantly office based however occasional site visits will be required.

* Candidates must have an electrical background and a passion for customer service.

In addition, the following skills and qualifications are either required or desirable:

* 17th or 18th Edition wiring Regulations - Required

* C&G 2391 Test and inspection - Required

* ECS / CSCS Card - Required

* Full Driving Licence - Required

* Asbestos Awareness - Desirable

* IOSH - Desirable

* Basic IT Skills - Required

We are offering:

* Permanent, full time contract

* Salary: Dependent on experience

* Benefits: Company Vehicle + fuel card (business use only)

* Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00am-17:00pm

* Holidays: 22 days per annum, plus 8 Bank Holidays
