We're hiring a Land Consents Coordinator - perfect for a recent grad or someone keen to pivot into the world of land rights, telecoms, and infrastructure. You'll be part of a growing team supporting national clients and learning the ropes of Wayleave and Easement agreements.

What You'll Bring

Degree or experience in property, law, utilities, fibre, or similar

Full, clean driving licence

Strong communication and attention to detail

Confidence working independently and in a team

Interest or awareness of Wayleave, Easement, and Compulsory Purchase

What You'll Be Doing

Managing Wayleave and Easement agreements from start to finish

Visiting sites across the UK

Submitting applications to Network Operators

Liaising with solicitors and supporting legal completions

Attending meetings and supporting negotiations

Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

Providing clear updates to clients
