We're recruiting for our client in  Chandlers Ford with the recruitment of an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their growing Mechanical & Electrical division.
 
If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple schedules, this could be a fantastic next step.
 
What you'll be doing:
 
🗂️ Scheduling reactive & planned works
📅 Managing engineer calendars & documentation
📞 Liaising with teams, hire desk & clients
⚡ Re-prioritising urgent/emergency jobs
✔ Ensuring jobs progress as expected
💬 Communicating clearly & confidently throughout the day
 
What we're looking for:
 
✔ Scheduling experience (ANY industry)
✔ Good working knowledge of Outlook & Excel
✔ Strong organisation & attention to detail
✔ Able to adapt quickly and handle constant change
✔ Confident communicator who can manage expectations
✨ Background in M&E / hire / construction is a bonus but not essential
