Key Responsibilities:

*

Collaborate with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams to incorporate promotional activity and business priorities into forecasts.

*

Create and manage demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and market intelligence.

*

Continuously refine forecasts to reflect shifts in consumer demand, seasonality, and external factors.

*

Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, imports, operations, and inventory to ensure alignment on planning.

*

Lead planning sessions to keep all departments informed on forecast changes, inventory requirements, and key event planning.

*

Support the planning and execution of major campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activity.

*

Identify demand fluctuations and adjust planning strategies to meet business needs.

*

Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels based on forecast data.

*

Anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions to maintain product availability.

*

Deliver forecast accuracy reports, highlighting trends and offering actionable insights to senior leaders.

*

Track planning performance and suggest improvements to enhance forecasting precision.

*

Help build best practices and improve processes to drive efficiency and business performance.

Requirements:

*

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

*

3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting, ideally in a retail or consumer goods setting.

*

Proven experience collaborating across departments to align on forecasts and strategic goals.

Skills & Competencies:

*

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights.

*

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.

*

Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

*

Able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Commitment to accurate planning and continuous improvement
