JOB TITLE: Reservations Consultant/Sales Administrator

LOCATION: Poole

SALARY: £12ph plus 20-25% of your annual salary in commission available, up to £25K full time equivalent

TERM: Temp initially with the potential to go permanent

START DATE: February/March

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Speaking to clients, converting enquiries to bookings - can be done from a home environment
Plenty of opportunities to meet for training, team meetings, share ideas
50/50 home and meeting as a team
As a business they receive 15 enquiries a day during peak seasons
Website, air B&B, Vrbo, (direct and indirect)
Expect to convert a small number
More for families not for hen or stag. Not every enquiry is a good enquiry
Constantly managing pricing and availability
Revenue management
Average value of enquiry for houses is from £(Apply online only) to 30K so clients need to be dealt with accordingly
