QSHE CoordinatorI am seeking a QSHE Coordinator for my client to enhance their commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and the Environment within the manufacturing processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that the operations adhere to globally recognised ISO standards and legislation, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality and safety for our products and workplace.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Interpret, build upon, and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards 
  • Support and implement QSHE policies and procedures across all business areas, ensuring continual improvement.
  • Conduct and lead internal and external audits to maintain QSHE compliance.
  • Track, document, and report on QSHE objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse QSHE data to identify trends and effectiveness of improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments for all business activities and ensure compliance with waste management procedures.
  • Provide QSHE training and support to departments, ensuring all personnel are aware of and adhere to health and safety requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH, DSEAR, ATEX certification, or relevant ISO training/auditing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of QSHE management systems, processes, and risk management tools.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Control within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a demanding workload.
