A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Production Engineer to join a well-established and growing engineering team within a leading manufacturing organisation in Hampshire.

This role is perfect for a skilled and motivated individual looking to join our growing Engineering team. You will be primarily responsible for providing technical support to the production and engineering teams, whilst introducing New Product (NPI), Projects and Product via adequate engineering processes. As well as, designing, testing and implementing new strategies, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Needed:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant production engineering role
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing)
• Ability to understand CAD engineering drawings (SolidWorks)
• Strong process, problem-solving, and communication skills
