The Opportunity

An established and growing manufacturing company is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to play a key role within its commercial team. This position focuses on delivering accurate and competitive fenestration tenders for uPVC windows and doors projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven estimator with estimation experience of uPVC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for uPVC windows and doors (supply & install)
• Price large-scale and bespoke schemes
• Complete Schedule of Rates (SOR) submissions
• Produce detailed Excel cost breakdowns
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Liaise with clients, surveyors and internal teams
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator
• Experience of uPVC window and/or door systems
• Experience pricing within supply or install
• Advanced Excel skills  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet tight deadlines
