Cover Supervisor - Northwich
Pay: £90-£120 per day (DOE)

A friendly and forward-thinking secondary school in Northwich is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a great role for anyone confident leading a classroom and supporting students' learning across a range of subjects.

The role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes in KS3 and KS4

Manage the classroom, keep students on task, and maintain a positive learning environment

Support pupils with questions and ensure work is completed

Assist with behaviour management in line with school policies

Step into different subject areas where needed

We're looking for someone who:

Is confident speaking to groups and managing behaviour

Has experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)

Is adaptable, reliable, and able to think on their feet

Can build positive relationships with staff and students
