1 Line Support Engineer –Hybrid - Bristol

VIQU have been approached by a customer requiring a 1 Line Support contractor to provide BAU support working to triage 1 line incidents. You will be required to support a team triaging a backlog of tickets.

The successful 1 Line Support will have solid previous experience in IT Support and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key skills & responsibilities for the First Line Support:

• Triaging incidents relating to an IT application.
• Experience supporting client facing software would be beneficial
• Supporting face to face IT Support with internal users
• Excellent customer service skills

Role details:

• Job role: 1 Line Support      
• Job type: Contract
• IR35 status: Inside IR35
• Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Bristol.
