Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations

• Guide and motivate concierge staff across all shifts
• Ensure professional standards, compliance, and smooth day-to-day running
• Oversee inventory, cleanliness, presentation, and site inspections

Resident Experience

• Act as the main point of contact, offering warm, discreet, and tailored service
• Build trusted relationships and maintain accurate resident profiles
• Deliver bespoke lifestyle services that exceed expectations

Technology & Communication

• Manage resident app, digital systems, and BMS platforms
• Ensure clear communication across residents, management, and partners

Standards & Reporting

• Support compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
• Assist with SLA reporting and operational documentation

Brand & Presentation

• Set the tone for professionalism and represent the development with integrity and excellence
