A well-established firm located in Leeds are seeking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team.
The successful Employment Solicitor will handle their own caseload of litigated and non-litigated employment right cases including unfair dismissals, wage claims, settlement agreement claims and other complicated matters such as discrimination and TUPE.
The ideal Employment Solicitor will be a minimum 2 years PQE in a similar position with excellent knowledge of the Employment tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process. You will boast excellent communication skills and strong client care skills.
