Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher with a passion for inspiring students? An outstanding school in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Maths Teacher to join their thriving department, with the added responsibility of TLR2b. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking to take on additional leadership responsibilities starting in September 2025.

Responsibilities:

Teach Maths to KS3 and KS4 (with the potential for KS5).

Lead and develop curriculum planning and delivery.
*
Drive academic success within the Maths department.
*
Take on additional responsibilities with the TLR2b, contributing to leadership within the department.
*
Provide pastoral care and form tutor responsibilities.
*
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
*
Degree in Maths or a related field.
*
PGCE or QTS.
*
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
*
TLR2b responsibility experience or a strong desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
*
