This is a high impact Data Analyst role where you will help shape how a growing digital business uses data.

You will play a central role in building core reporting foundations, defining meaningful commercial metrics, and enabling better decision making across the organisation during an exciting period of data transformation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The BI Analyst will:

• Build and maintain core analytics data models using SQL, including star schema designs
• Develop dashboards and reporting layers using modern BI tools
• Translate commercial questions into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Bring structure and scalability to existing ad hoc reporting processes
• Work closely with a Data Engineer as the data platform evolves

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience using SQL for analysis and data modelling
• Proven ability to design structured datasets for reporting and insight
• Experience building dashboards in at least one modern BI tool, with adaptability across tools
• Comfortable working in modern data environments and evolving tech stacks
• Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between data and commercial teams
• Curious, proactive mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs
