What You'll Need:

Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or repair roles

*

Hands-on skills across basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, or general repairs

*

Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

*

Full UK driving licence

Nice To Have:

*

Experience working in commercial or residential property maintenance

*

Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)

*

Health & Safety awareness or training

What You'll Be Doing:

*

Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across sites

*

Ensuring buildings and equipment are safe, tidy, and compliant

*

Responding to reactive jobs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance

*

Working with a supportive team to deliver excellent service

*

Representing the business with professionalism at all times
