The Best Connection are currently looking for a reliable and customer focused Customer Service / Call Centre Operative to join our client within the logistics sector. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and working as part of a supportive team.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Providing information on collection services, schedules, and queries
- Logging customer requests and updating internal systems accurately
- Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary
- Maintaining a professional and friendly telephone manner at all times
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supporting other team members as required
Hours of work are Monday to Friday - #removed# but this will need to be slightly flexible to assist the company when needed.
£13.50 per hour, weekly pay.
Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
This is an office-based role with a supportive team environment.
