An Oncology service is looking for a Clinical Manager in Bermuda!

You will provide leadership and act as a role model for staff. This position will require you to provide direct patient care including chemotherapy and patient assessment, coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings, e.g., tumour board, collecting and preparing department statistics. You will direct all staff in their daily duties as well as liaising with other healthcare professionals and organisations. 

Duties & responsibilities as Clinical Manager:

Ensure action plans are implemented within their department to meet the organization's strategic goals as measured by the strategic and departmental dashboards
Offer clinical expertise and leadership as requested by their Director in carrying out the Strategic Direction and service development
Collaborates= with other managers as appropriate to promote system solutions and resolve issues that cross departmental lines
Collection and preparation of department statistics
We're looking for a Clinical Manager with:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Master's Candidate (MSN), preferred
Current registration as required by the Bermuda Nursing Council (or transferable, e.g. NMC)
Post graduate certification in a specialty (Oncology nursing) would be an asset
Minimum Five years management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area)
Minimum of 2 years in Oncology/ Chemotherapy experience
Diploma in Supervisory Management or other Management certification will be an asset
Current ACLS, CPR registration and I.V. Therapy Certification
