What you'll be doing:
As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant serving approximately 200 covers, rising to 300 in warmer months. You will:

Lead and motivate a dedicated front and back of house team

Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality

Manage stock, supplies and cost control

Drive operational efficiency across all service areas

Work closely with senior management to maximise performance and profitability
