This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional looking for a hands-on management role with real lifestyle benefits.

You will be running a stunning Victorian property, leading a small, dedicated team and creating exceptional guest experiences every day. You will oversee daily operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service, while maintaining the property's high standards. We would also consider a couple and responsibilities can be shared based on experience.

About you:

* Proven experience in guest house, boutique hotel, or small hotel management

* Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

* Proactive, organised, and confident running day-to-day operations

* Comfortable using booking systems and online reservation platforms

This is a hands-on, lifestyle role with plenty of guest interaction. We are looking for someone with a great personality who can manage & work with a small team & who is hands-on & can step in to cover where necessary whilst also looking at SOPs, room rates, occupancy, events etc
