Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for General Packing Operatives to join a busy production facility based in Keighley (BD21). This is a full-time position offering a 4-on / 4-off rotating shift pattern, covering both days and nights on 12-hour shifts (fully paid, including breaks).

Key Details:
* Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation (days and nights)
* Hours: 12-hour shifts - 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am
* Breaks: 60 minutes paid break per shift
* Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (equivalent to approx. £590/week)
* Role Type: Temporary with long-term prospects for reliable candidates
Role Responsibilities:
* Packing and light line work within a production environment
* Following site health & safety and cleanliness standards
* Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily output targets
* No heavy lifting involved
Candidate Requirements:
* You must be able to commit to the full-time 12-hour shift pattern (both days and nights, no part-time or partial weeks available)
* Previous experience in packing or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Must live within commutable distance of Keighley (BD21) or have access to reliable daily transport
