We are seeking a Technical Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.
- Provide technical assistance with software and equipment
- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Effectively communicate information with team members and customers
- Submit proposed solutions in knowledge base and internal/external documentation
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with excellent problem solving ability, eager learner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interpret technical situations
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired
