Birmingham (Hybrid working - 2 days/week in office)

£50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead a high-performing team within a growing organisation in the UK energy sector. This role is key to delivering accurate, timely pricing for complex B2B contracts while supporting commercial growth and ensuring strong governance.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead pricing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

* Oversee tender pricing for fixed and flexible contracts

* Manage team workload and performance

* Support pricing activities such as cost refixing and trading

* Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

* Report on KPIs and engage with senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

* Experience in B2B energy pricing

* Strong understanding of UK electricity markets and flexible products

* Previous team leadership experience would be beneficial

* Advanced Excel skills (VBA desirable)

* Highly analytical with strong communication and organisational skills

* Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
