Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a stable, full-time role with great hours and overtime potential?

We are a well-established manufacturing company in Dudley, specialising in nuts, bolts, washers, and fasteners, and we're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our day shift team.

💼 The Role:

Operate CNC machines fitted with Fanuc control panels

*

Produce high-quality fasteners and components to specification

*

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

*

Work to production schedules and meet quality standards

✅ What We're Looking For:

Previous experience operating CNC machines (Fanuc controls essential)

*

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances

*

Good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

💰 Pay & Benefits:

Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

*

Overtime available at time and a quarter

*

Day shifts only: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
