We’re seeking a driven, CeMAP-qualified individual with a proven background in mortgage and protection advice. Key Responsibilities – Remote Mortgage Advisor:
- Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice via phone and video consultations
- Manage your remote appointment diary and personal pipeline
- Build long-term relationships and encourage client referrals
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and maintain FCA compliance
- Work closely with internal case managers and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing
What You’ll Receive:
- £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)
- Financial guarantees paid for your first 6 months
- Uncapped commission structure (10%–25%) – realistic earnings of £50,000–£60,000+

What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, ideally within a remote or home-working environment
- Knowledge of remortgage and protection products
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Comfortable working independently from a home-based set-up
- Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
