Kitchen Manager - What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the Back of House (BOH) operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and service.

*

Managing and inspiring the kitchen team on key shifts to deliver consistent, freshly cooked dishes to spec.

*

Working in partnership with the Front of House team to create memorable guest experiences and drive profitability.

*

Recruiting, training, and developing team members to perform at their best.

*

Managing stock and food margins to meet financial targets.

*

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations.

*

Collaborating with the Group Executive Chef to design and deliver your own seasonal specials using local suppliers and produce.

Kitchen Manager - What We're Looking For:

*

Previous experience leading a team as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy F&B environment.

*

Strong knowledge of food costing, stock control, and delivering against KPIs.

*

A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable).

*

A passion for food and creating high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.

*

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

*

A full driving licence and access to transport.
