Job Responsibilities:

Manage, grow and support current customer database
Work with the Marketing and Product Teams to develop and bring in new customers
Communicate and educate current customers about the new B2B website
Communicate and maximise sales through new product launches and campaigns
Contact, develop and bring new customers to the business
Support the Head of Area Sales with new business enquiries.
First point of contact for all new business enquiries
Support the Area Sales Managers with new product campaigns
Some customer visits and attendance at trade shows
Key Skills and Attributes:

Articulate with a warm and excellent telephone manner
Customer service and/or sales experience will be ideal for this role
Excellent written skills
Proficient in Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Target driven
Own transport essential
