This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based admin or HR experience who is ready to hit the ground running in a busy, rewarding environment.The Role

• Recruitment administration and safer-recruitment checks
• Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
• Maintaining accurate staff files and HR documentation
• Assisting with general HR enquiries
• Providing efficient, professional support to staff, candidates, and external partners

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous school-based experience in a similar role (essential)
• HR Assistant experience (preferable)
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, professional attitude and clear communication skills
• A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
