An established financial services firm with over 30 years in the industry is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team in West Bridgford. The role is primarily office-based, with the option to work from home one day per week. On-road parking is available.

Oversee and manage administration work flows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Handle both new and existing business administration, including compliance checks.

Communicate confidently with clients and providers, delivering a high standard of customer service.

Support advisers in preparing tailored client proposals.

Maintain and update Intelligent Office (iO) with accurate client data, valuations, and reports.

Work across key investment platforms, including Abrdn Wrap, Quilter, Royal London, AJ Bell, Scottish Widows, and FE.

Process fund switches, contributions, withdrawals, LOAs, and manage model portfolios.

Knowledge and experience with VCTs, Group Pensions, GIP, and DIS would be advantageous.
