About the Role:

We're looking to grow our frontline team in London. The Operations team is staffed with Curb Experts who have in-person and virtual interactions with TfL licensed black Taxi drivers. Our team uses a combination of sales, customer service and problem solving to get value out of the driver's time using Curb. Curb experts are skilled in converting prospective drivers to take their first trip, helping existing users earn more with Curb, and reengaging drivers who have stopped using the platform.

What You'll Do:

* Have 1:1 and group interaction with current and prospective Curb drivers

* Test new driver product features working cross-functionally

* Ask probing questions to understand driver needs and issues

* Convert prospective drivers to onboard and take their first trip on the Curb platform

* Speak with drivers to understand product issues to relay back to internal teams

* Follow support logic to help drivers with troubleshooting

* Be persuasive, empathetic, and creative in helping drivers to leverage Curb more

* Reengage drivers who have stopped using the platform by overcoming blocks and obstacles they are facing.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience in customer-facing role

* Adept skills with Excel, Google sheets, power point, and google slides

Desirable (Not Essential):

* Experience within the London Black Taxis industry.

* Previous work with black taxi drivers and fleet operators.

* Knowledge of Transport for London (TfL) taxi standards and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Program Management, Sales, account management, or business development experience

* Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot

* Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities

* Experience or knowledge about the taxi industry or private hire vehicle industry
