This role blends creativity, product development, admin organisation, and digital content creation  perfect for someone who loves both artistic work and structured processes.

About the Role

As Creative Assistant, you will be central to developing new personalised products, managing product listings, creating artwork, supporting social media campaigns, and ensuring smooth workflow across the creative department.

You’ll also work closely with other deparments Customer Service and Accounts, so strong communication skills are essential.

This role requires a driver due to its remote location.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Product Development

• Create and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Develop artwork, design elements, and product personalisation using Adobe software.
• Assist in producing samples and testing new product ideas.
• Support with setting up system codes and product information for new launches.
• Contribute to seasonal campaigns (e.g., Father’s Day).

Admin & Operational

• Manage a large amount of product admin and catalogue maintenance.
• Oversee coding, product setup, and listing accuracy.
• Liaise with order fulfilment teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Learn how machines and processes operate to support product personalisation and troubleshooting.

Content & Media

• Support social media campaigns, including video editing and on-camera content for fashion-style brand promotion.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Naturally creative with a passion for crafts, art, and hands-on making.
• Has strong administration skills - with Excellent IT skills
• Confident, with a great personality and strong communication skills.
• Organised and detail-focused happy to handle a significant amount of admin.
• A driver (essential).
• IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
