The Role

Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with scope to teach KS5 in some cases)

Plan and adapt lessons to develop fluency, reasoning, and exam readiness

Use effective differentiation to support students of all abilities

Work closely with colleagues within a well-organised Maths department

Play an active role in the wider school community, including enrichment, STEM activities, or extracurricular Maths opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

Secure subject knowledge and confidence teaching GCSE Mathematics

A passion for engaging students and making Maths meaningful

A reflective and proactive practitioner with strong classroom management

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

ECTs are encouraged to apply, with structured induction and mentoring available
