Are you an experienced talent acquisition specialist or Recruitment Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are now looking to for a Recruitment Manager to join our team in the heart of Portsmouths city centre. Our offices are only 2 minutes' walk from Portsmouth Southsea train station with fantastic transport links. 1 Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1 2GJ.

Hours. Normal office hours are 09.00 to 17.30 (Monday to Friday), Operational hours are 08:00 - 20:00 (Mon - Fri) and 09:00 - 18:00 (Sat)

The Recruitment Manager role:

Yourcentre works on behalf of several organisations to support them with their business requirements. The Recruitment Manager will lead oversees all the recruiting function for the business. They will be responsible for the planning, process, interview and selection of the prospective/Internal employees. The Recruitment Manager will own the process and the function, including the responsibility of working hand in hand with the operational teams

Key Recruitment Manager Responsibilities Include:

- To Manage develop the recruitment process
- To manage the full cycle recruiting process to include candidate sourcing, telephone interviews, pre-employment assessments, scheduling of all interviews, processing background investigation and sending out relevant documents to new employees
- To attend interviews with Operational Team
- To complete exit interviews
- To create Job descriptions
- To Maintain and develop the recruitment tracker.
- To design and review recruitment documents.
- To build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external clients.
- To build and maintain excellent working relationships with external suppliers.
- To record all employee information following data protection
- To manage the entire DBS application process in a timely and accurate manner to minimise errors and delays. Check, countersign and accurately log all DBS applications within strict timescales.
- To draft contractual changes according to pre-defined templates

Could this be the ideal role for?

You will have previous Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience in a high-volume capacity, ideally within a contact centre environment. You will be solutions focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

The Package:

Salary from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, 28 days holiday plus extra days for continued service with YCL, eyecare vouchers, company pension scheme and full training and ongoing career development opportunities.
