Join a rapidly expanding M&A Tax team experiencing genuine growth in transaction advisory services. Work on high-value deals ranging from £5m to over £100m, advising owner-managed businesses and institutional buyers alongside partners and directors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transaction projects and deliver technical advisory reports
Handle buy-side due diligence and lending reviews
Provide pre-sale support and tax restructuring advice
Communicate directly with clients and professional advisors
Train and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For

CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA preferred)
UK transaction tax experience from practice
Strong communication skills
Ambition to grow in a high-growth environment
