As the Support Manager, you will be the driving force behind high-quality, person-centred support for an organisation that lives and breathes its values. Day-to-Day of the Role Include:
- Inspire and empower your team for meaningful and impactful support and care.
- Monitor your locations quality and implement improvements.
- Promote safeguarding, meeting KPI's and compliance with policies.
- Coordinate with professionals and agencies for enhanced support.
- Build and maintain relationship with the people we support, their families and circle of support.

In return you will need:
- UK experience in a similar role or organisation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and team management.
- NVQ in Care Level 5 or equivalent.
- Availability to work some weekends (scheduled in advance.)
- Driver (ability to travel between locations and head office in Gateshead is essential.)
- Experience in managing dispersed regional locations.
- Experience in working with learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of CQC standards, MCA, GDPR.
