Company Background:

Nexus Education Group is the parent company of two dynamic and purpose-driven education brands: TutorBase and GTEC. TutorBase has established itself as a trusted and high-performing tuition provider in Mile End, East London, with a strong track record of success. In September 2025, we are expanding our footprint with the launch of a new, state-of-the-art branch in Forest Gate, which will serve as a shared space for both TutorBase and GTEC — our newly launched adult vocational training and exam centre.

Our expansion into the adult education sector through GTEC reflects our long-term vision: to remove barriers to learning, upskill local communities, and empower individuals to reach their full potential — whether that be through Functional Skills, ESOL, Health & Social Care, Childcare, SIA, or other industry-relevant qualifications.

At Nexus, we are deeply committed to excellence, growth, and social mobility. Our goal is to replicate and scale the success of TutorBase by creating a seamless, supportive, and forward-thinking educational ecosystem across all age groups. As we grow, we are seeking driven, dedicated individuals who align with our values and are ready to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and contribute meaningfully to shaping the future of education — both in the classroom and in our operations.

We are looking for a proactive, committed, and detail-oriented individual who can confidently take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of multiple education and training initiatives under the Nexus Education group.
