Manufacturing Engineering CNC Programmer G-Code, 2d/3d CAD/CAM, GD&T
CNC Engineering Programmer will be responsible of creating CNC programs to manufacture new parts, and modifying or updating programs of existing parts using 2D and/or 3D CAD/CAM systems. Assist with any programming issues on a promptly matter to ensure manufacturing of parts to specification, and provide programming shop support as needed.
*Strong knowledge in machining processes such as milling, drilling and tapping is requirements
*Ability to read blueprints is a must
*Strong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning Tolerance (DG&T) is needed
*Understanding of fixture design is required
*Must have experience in 3D CAM systems (NS and for PTC Creo) as well as 2d CAM system
*Must be able to write programs directly in G Code
*Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
*Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures
*Candidates must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
*Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software
*Salary based on experience. Full time with benefits
*Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
*Minimum 3 years experience a must.
