Year 2 Class Teacher
Step Teachers has partnered with a Jewish school in Barnet seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher on a full-time basis due to commence in September 2024.
As a Year 2 Class Teacher your position:
- Strong KS1 curricular knowledge
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable
- Ability to assess and report on your students when required
- Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
To be considered for the Year 2 Class Teacher role you will:
- Hold QTS or the equivalent of
- Have recent mainstream school-based experience
- Have good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
- Experience working in a Jewish School is desirable
