Senior Sales Advisor

Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Towcester

Job Type: Permanent, 9:30am - 3:30pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 

Primary Industry: Sales - New build housing

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme

Company Branding: A growing SME Housing Developer is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to oversee two developments in Northamptonshire. This role offers a salary of up to £30,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme. There is also potential for career progression to Sales Manager as new sites are launched, along with the opportunity to lead a team.

Job Duties:

Manage and promote sales of new build housing on two developments in Northamptonshire
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers
Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence
Proven experience in Sales Negotiation and Sales Management
Knowledge of the new build housing industry

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the housing or property sector

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Sales Negotiation 
Marketing and sales innovation
Excellent IT skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role with a housing developer or estate agents

Working Conditions:

This role requires working on-site at the developments in Northamptonshire, as well as occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. The position may involve some weekend work based on project requirements.
