We have partnered up with a Leading Main Contractor who is seeking a motivated and experience Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. You would be overseeing a portfolio of public and commercial projects valued up to £10m. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business with great progression; the company has a flat organisational structure giving you direct access to the MD's.

As a Contracts Manager you will be:

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects across education, commercial and healthcare sectors.
As a Contracts Manager you will be involved in preconstruction activities (giving your input with tender submissions, and value engineering)
As a Contracts Manager you will assess risk, manage risk and resolve challenges while driving delivery of projects.
As a Contracts Manager you will have:

As a Contracts Manager you will have 5+ years of experience being a Contracts Manager
As a Contracts Manager you will have experience within the Healthcare and Education Sector, with the ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
As a Contracts Manager you will have a HNC in Construction or equivalent
As a Contracts Manager possess a Full UK Driver's LicenseSalary up to £65,000
