Clifton's Republic, located in Historic Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking Receiving
Manager with Food & Beverage Experience! We are seeking a hospitality professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
At least 4 years experience in the receiving departments, with at least two years in a food and beverage based environment (bar, restaurant, hotel etc.)
Experience reviewing packing slip, purchase orders, invoices etc and reconciling product to orders ensuring missing / damaged items are noted and communicated immediately and correctly
Strong organizational skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, general office equipment, GMAIL and basic internet research
Understanding of inventory and inventory control systems
Ability to strategically organize product to ensure timely movement and rotation
Critical thinker capable of troubleshooting problems
Able to manage and direct a team of up to five in organizing, stocking, inventory, and moving of numerous items of all sizes, including furniture
Ability to work in a high-traffic environment including kitchen, dish pit, and freezer
Candidates must have or obtain Food Handler's Certification
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
Availability must include early mornings, days and weekends
