The Role

As the HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the organisation, ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are followed consistently and effectively. This hybrid role offers a great balance of office collaboration and home working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clear, confident advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
  • Managing HR and employee relations queries in a timely manner
  • Handling payroll-related enquiries and liaising with payroll teams to resolve issues
  • Ensuring accurate HR administration and maintaining employee records
  • Supporting continuous improvement across HR processes

About You

  • Experience in a transactional HR Advisor position
  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and ER processes
  • Confidence handling disciplinary cases and implementing HR best practice
  • Ability to respond to payroll queries accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support
