Backed by a strong global footprint and ambitious growth agenda, this is a rare opportunity to lead the next phase of UK expansion for a high-potential foodservice business with significant investment and leadership support.As the first senior hire in-market, you'll have full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to build, shape, and scale the UK business. You will play a critical role in developing the commercial strategy, recruiting key talent, launching new sites, and establishing franchise partnerships across the UK and, in time, wider Europe.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow UK operations from the ground up with a clear focus on scalability, operational excellence, and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a UK market entry and rollout strategy, including site acquisition, franchise development, and localisation of brand offering.
  • Build and manage a high-performing leadership team across operations, finance, marketing, HR, and supply chain.
  • Drive commercial performance with full P&L responsibility and reporting lines into international leadership.
  • Develop brand presence and local partnerships to ensure strong consumer engagement and awareness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in scaling QSR or multi-site hospitality/retail businesses in the UK and/or Europe.
  • Strong track record in strategic leadership, business development, and commercial growth.
  • Experience leading large, dispersed teams with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Deep knowledge of UK consumer and foodservice trends, franchising models, and brand localisation.
  • Capable of operating as the figurehead for a growing brand with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international matrix environment.
