Full time office role –8am-5.30 (Earlier finish Friday)

We are looking to find an experienced and dedicated operations manager to join a business based in Uxbridge. This is a business-critical role, so we need somebody well established, knowledgeable and confident in process improvement to join the business.

This is an exciting and varied position where you will be managing a strong warehouse team of loyal employees and ensuring a smooth process to flow through the warehouse and operations team.

You must be a strong people manager; you will be the go to person for any issues your staff may be facing. You will complete appraisal, implement training for improvement or knowledge gaps, disciplinary meetings and day to day support for your team.

Operations Manager duties:

• Managing warehouse and operations team
• Process improvement
• Managing stock discrepancy reports
• Training team members
• Stock checks
• Managing budgets
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to
• Carrying out staff meeting, appraisals, progression plans, disciplinary hearings and more
• Liaising with many internal teams such as purchasing, customer service and stock control.
