This person (people) will be creating work space in Ariba, Highly administrative, inputting documents into Ariba System/Data entry type work, and Administrative type support - but no focus on office or phone support Will be supporting a group of 18 + Contract Managers
This person will need heavy attention to detail and making sure that entries are done correctly and execute activities in the right time frame. (Following deadlines assigned by Contracts Manager etc.).
This person will need to be in the office 5 days a week and interacting with Contracts Manager. Normal business hours, but some flex (start time and end time). Consistent schedule but start time flex
Open to candidates in both Boston and Portsmouth- please note in resume location
Pay rate $25 hr
Period: 6-12 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Thorough experience in SAP Ariba procurement software -
- Experience with DocuSign - electronic signature software
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to accomplish assigned work within established timelines
- Excellent attention to details
- Familiar with Microsoft Lync / Skype
- Willing to perform other duties as required
