Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a multi skilled joiner to join their planned works team to assist on a Kitchen and Bathroom Project in St Helens.

Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

Kitchen Fitting
Carry out multi - trade work (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted propertiesRequirements:

NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
Basic Plumbing, plastering, tiling etc
Have substantial experience in joinery, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
Hold a full UK driving licence
CSCS card desirable
