We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local school in Morecambe. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for early childhood education and is committed to helping young learners thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with the EYFS team to support the delivery of the curriculum and ensure a safe and stimulating environment
• Support the assessment of children’s progress and contribute to the observation and record-keeping processes.
• Engage with children in activities that encourage their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Implement continuous provision methods effectively to enhance learning.
• Use ICT tools efficiently to record and monitor children’s progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in an EYFS setting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and development matters.
• Ability to use ICT effectively for record-keeping and monitoring progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
