The Role

You will handle a varied private family caseload, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Child arrangements & parental responsibility
• Pre-nuptial & post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Domestic abuse injunctions (optional depending on interest)
• Providing sensitive, clear and strategic advice to clients throughout their matter

You’ll also be encouraged to build relationships with local referrers — therapists, IFAs, estate agents, schools — strengthening both your network and the team’s visibility.

About You

• 1+ PQE (all levels considered; work will be tailored to you)
• Experience across privately funded family law
• Strong communicator with a client-centred approach
• Able to manage your own files with support available when needed
• Interest in growing the department and building relationships in the community
• Mediation or collaborative-law interest a bonus (training can be supported)
