What You'll Be Doing

* Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients across multiple sectors

* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns

* Overseeing junior staff and reviewing work for accuracy and compliance

* Supporting clients with queries, offering proactive advice and guidance

* Collaborating with senior leadership on workflow and client service delivery

* Ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met with precision

What We're Looking For

* ACA or ACCA qualified (working towards or qualified by experience)

* Strong background in accounts preparation within an accountancy practice

* Confident in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service

* Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple priorities

* Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members

* A team player with a positive, professional approach
