🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Our client is a specialist wetroom manufacturer seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing and supportive team at their new headquarters .

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in bathrooms, KBB, construction products, or technical order processing who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer support, and working in a fast-paced, technical environment.

The Role

As a Technical Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling technical inbound enquiries from installers, retailers, and architects

*

Preparing quotations and processing orders using our CRM system

*

Advising customers on our wetroom product range and supporting with installation queries

*

Producing simple 2D CAD drawings using templates (full training provided)

*

Managing leads from initial enquiry through to order stage

This is a varied and engaging role that combines technical knowledge, customer service, and sales support.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Experience within bathrooms/KBB or construction products

*

Technical sales support or order processing experience

*

Confidence communicating with trade customers

*

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems

*

Confidence handling enquiries via phone and email
